These terms cover buying and using Cyan Voice. Plain language, and they mean what they say.

What you are buying

A perpetual licence to use Cyan Voice, for $14.99 paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The licence is for you, and activates two Macs at a time. You can move it between machines from the Manage licence page, which frees the seat on the old one.

The version you buy is yours to keep. Updates are provided while the product is maintained, and we do not promise a specific future feature or a specific release date.

What it needs to work

macOS 14 or later, and Claude Code installed and signed in to your own Claude account. Cyan Voice is not a replacement for Claude Code and does not include access to it. Your use of Claude Code is between you and Anthropic. Windows and Linux are not supported.

What you may not do

• Share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key.
• Work around the activation limit.
• Decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where law says you may.

A licence used in these ways may be revoked. We will tell you why.

Answers it speaks

What Cyan Voice reads out is generated by Claude and can be wrong. It is a way of hearing what a session did, not a guarantee about what it did, and anything that matters is worth checking.

When a session asks permission, Cyan Voice puts the question to you and passes on the answer you give. It does not decide on your behalf. You remain responsible for what you approve.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

Cyan Voice is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to Cyan Voice is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending the licence

You may stop using Cyan Voice at any time; uninstalling removes it and its files. We may end a licence that breaches these terms.

Independence

Cyan Voice is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude, Claude Code and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC.
